A day of the week

It's another typical Friday, one that I'm halfway through after completing the mundane errands of life. These include an oil change, physical therapy, and refueling at Costco. Though mundane, we must find excitement in doing these things, no matter how trivial and, quote-unquote, boring they may seem. Finding excitement and finding happiness are completely different things in my eyes. The chase for happiness is something we all strive for, but in reality, it's total nonsense. Meanwhile, finding a bit of excitement in anything can be truly worthwhile.

Let your mind wander; allow yourself to think and dream of anything during these moments of measured time. All I'm saying is, at times, life will become mundane. As much as I despise this, I strive every day to find the weirdness and irregularities that may occur. If the day isn't weird, make it weird. The rest of my day consisted of buying a pair of underwear and sitting at Philz Coffee, writing, before heading to the hour of my day I wait anxiously for. I haven't attended a hot yoga class this late, but I'm off to do that. So, I leave you with this: a mundane paragraph about my mundane day.
