I spent this Monday shopping and spending unnecessary amounts of money. Purchased a new day back to replace the old one that i’ve had for 6 years now. It was my first real backpack I took with me when I backpacked Europe at 18, retiring it was a sad moment. Eliza and I had a long indoor climbing sesh with some bouldering and top roping, I felt the strongest I have felt in months. I felt controlled within my movements and my finger strength felt confident. My fingertips are at this point burnt off and have become nonexistent.
I started my day off with an RX vanilla almond protein bar then a few hours later I snacked on a grass-fed bison jerky stick (high in protein and no carbs & sugar) i also drank a black nitro cold brew coffee with water consistently. Maybe 5 hours later I ate a cheese stick for some healthy fats to fuel the climbing sesh. My post-workout meal was a chicken Ceaser spinach wrap and a Koia plant-based protein shake and 2 plums. That was everything I consumed within the time frame of 7am- 10pm.
