Utah 60

I think i’ve spent the last 9 days with Talia pretty funny how friendships develop. I move to Utah and pretty much meet someone I can say feels like my best friend. I went skiing today with her at Powder Mountain kind of a funky day but I had a blast skiing some unfamiliar terrain.

I feel at peace when I'm outside I don’t think of anything other than where i’m at in that present moment. Patrick and I have been planning a mountaineering trip to Colorado and we were shooting for this coming weekend but it seems like winds and snow will be strong meaning conditions won’t be so great for climbing. Can’t force things to happen unfortunately.

Some relationships I had in the past seem to be around still and not in a bad way. A part of me wonders where they would be still and in what condition they would be in. I think it’s obvious it takes a second to fuck up someone’s perception of you and that can possibly never change.

Can’t wait to ski this week and climb. I never know what’s planned for the week ahead so it makes every day super exciting. I do want to go ski Big Bear mountain in California now hahah seems like a fun time.
