I witnessed a wild occurrence Monday night. Kylus and I were debating on what to eat. It was the great question after a long uneventful day. We concluded that we would chow down on some Cava, chipotle style Mediterranean food. I parked my van, and we hopped out. A family of 5 comes out of a white Audi suv next to me and the right in front of my eyes I witnessed a kid possibly 15 years old boy punch what looked like to be his father in the face. The dad covered his face and looked shocked but proceeded to walk shamefully. We watched in shock and the urge to speak up crept it, I restrained though. I was in complete disbelief, and so was Kylus. I'm not going to assume that's the normal anywhere, but I'm not surprised it happened in a place like this. I mean that actually in the least disrespectful way. In actuality, it's a compliment. It means you are so disconnected from who you are and what moral values you should instill in not only your children but everyone around you, but it's okay because you drive a brand new Audi and live in Encinitas. A life so good your kid feels he has the confidence to put his hands on you and that right there is the saddest part. You are so disconnected from your own child viewing you as a commodity rather than a meaningful individual in his life.

I have a genuine curiosity regarding beanies and how they are worn. Specifically, the beanies that sit on top of your head folded back 3 times. How do they sit so still? How long does it take to get it on right? Is there a specific beanie type you need to make this daring style happen? Does it provide warmth? Any utility or purely a style choice? Id love genuine answers to all these questions. I hope I don’t come off as a hater because I'm not it, it's a form of self expression and just cause I'm not to sure what they are expressing it doesn’t it mean it sucks.
