It is June 23rd Wednesday 10:46 am! The past 6 days were a lot of climbing regaining strength and whatnot, unfortunately, I didn’t do any camping when I’m back I will find something to get into. A huge goal of mine is to improve on my flexibility reducing the strain and injuries that could happen. I’m being vulnerable right now my biggest fear currently is breaking a bone or tearing a muscle that irreparable. My accident in November wasn’t similar that was just slipping away death by an inch. Okay, last night was a sick fucked up dream. It was vivid so reading on is at your own risk. I can’t remember the beginning I don’t think we remember the beginning of dreams because they always start in the middle not connected to anything else.
It was a group of 5 and we were trying to steal baked goods from this restaurant or store we were going through an underground tunnel when we split up 2 went on and 3 went another way and it skips to us meeting years later and the 2 that went on together were raped and tortured. I’m almost certain it’s because I recently watched this movie called Mystic River its premise is not that much different I don’t want to spoil it. I recommend I’m pretty sure it stars Sean Penn and Kevin Bacon. I woke up wanting to tell someone I told Eliza half asleep. I don’t remember her reaction it was early. That’s a fucked dream though. I wonder why certain phases go through really vivid dreams for weeks which I’ve been having and in some phases, I don’t even dream for weeks. Let us ignore the fact that I’m going to google this very question after this, but scientists knowledgeable people answer this question… What causes us to dream? Can our diet or supplementation affect our dreaming patterns? I don’t know if I could say I’ve experienced lucid dreaming maybe I have and I just don’t know if that’s what it was.
Last night's dinner was a veggie burger with some spinach and fruit.
