Washington 103

Okay so I’m taking it back to a few days ago… I didn’t even mention the last day I was in Texas my good friend I made in Houston bought 2 tickets to a butterfly exhibit. It was nice of her she didn’t really have to do that. We went to the butterfly exhibit and checked out some rad instects and a few butterfly’s landed on my hand, I am the chosen one. Afterwards we went to a dim sum restaurant of her choice and we ate linner as she called it the time in between lunch and dinner. She then took me to a shaved ice shop in the Chinatown area of Houston. We ate we talked and the day continued. I only knew her for 2 days she didn’t feel like a stranger or someone I might not ever see again. I appreciate the hospitality she gave and stories she shared with me. I could say with confidence my 2 nights in Houston wouldn’t have been worth it if it wasn’t for her. So thanks you!

I have a deep appreciation for someone who puts aside their lives to give a random stranger a memorable time in a not so touristy popular place such as Houston for 2 whole days.
