I haven't really done much outdoor climbing since I've been back in San Diego but it's OK I've had to recover my knee and get my health back up to a comfortable point to feel I can outdoor climb. The past few months has been pretty commited to training and developing strength and find out what my body is capable of. I don't think I've scratched the surface making this process very enjoyable.
BUT
I'm taking a break from climbing after this week. It's one I believe is needed it'll allow me to put that time into another activity for the next month or so. I'll climb plenty soon. I'm excited to see the progression that I'm going to have in surfing while I'm here. It's been possibly over 2 years since I've paddled out on a surfboard, not enough to even consider what I was doing surfing or I'm a surfer. My body is different now I feel a lot more capable of what I'll be able to receive from surfing. Physically and skill wise. That's all for the climbing update!
